Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sin City Verified (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit sincityverified.com (the “Site”). Questions? Email [email protected].

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name and email when you request our free travel guide or join our newsletter; account details when you register; listing details when you add or claim a business; and reservation details (date, time, party size, name, email, phone, notes) when you request a table.
  • Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) and data collected by cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Newsletter and free guide

When you sign up for the free guide, your name and email are stored in the Site’s own database through our sign-up form tool. We use them to deliver the guide and, if you agree, to send occasional Las Vegas tips and updates. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed.

Restaurant reservations

When you request a table, your details are stored on the Site and shared with the restaurant you chose so it can confirm or decline your request. Restaurants are independent businesses, and their use of your information is governed by their own policies. We keep reservation records for as long as we need them to run the service, and we delete them on request.

Payments

Business owners who pay for Reservations do so through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the amount and a transaction reference. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We use cookies for logging in, remembering preferences (for example, that you closed our guide pop-up), security, and measuring Site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as logging in, may stop working.

Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are popular. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We use this information only in aggregate to improve the Site.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

The Site contains links to travel partners for hotels, show tickets and tours. Some of these are affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission. When you click one, the partner may set its own cookies to track the referral. Partner sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

How we use information

We use information to run and improve the Site, deliver what you request, process listing claims and reservation requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing), with restaurants for reservations you request, when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Site.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
